Aufgaben
Act as the primary HR contact for local leadership and employees, providing guidance on policies, practices, and compliance with labor laws, in accordance with corporate and legal standards.
Collaborate with managers to drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Support workforce planning and staffing management to meet production and operational objectives.
Collaborate with health and safety, operations, and training teams to maintain compliance with labor regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Provide internal and strategic HR support to leaders and employees in the proper management of labor relations, discipline, compliance with regulations and procedures, etc., including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and complaint management. Manage evaluations for plant contract renewals, contract terminations, or staff departures and their appropriate documentation.
Responsible, together with HR Management, for the control and compliance with audits, NOMs, and applicable laws and the activities derived from them in the field of HR.
Actively participates in projects launched locally and from the corporate level, managing information in a timely manner for proper implementation.
Profil
- Knowledge of federal labor law.
- Interest in union management and disciplinary processes.
- Desire to learn and develop professionally within the Human Resources area.
- Proficiency in Power BI for analyzing personnel-related data, indicators, and management.
- Intermediate level Excel skills.
- Proactive person with initiative and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Advanced English.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing/automotive sector.
