- Part of management team, contribute towards the strategic and commercial objectives for the organization
- Plan and drive a people plan/HR focus areas for the supported unit aligned with the business strategy and People Strategy.
- Ensure implementation of relevant Alfa Laval HR processes, tools and analytics.
- Support and coordinate in the organization the development of leaders and talents.
- Drive organizational, leadership and team development.
- Drive and advocate for a performance culture.
- Change agent, drive change and improvement in HR and/or business project.
- Coach and support managers to optimize organizational effectiveness.
Potential additional responsibilities:
- Manager responsibilities including secure delivery of and alignment of basic HR services and administration. Manage, develop and coach the team.
- Be HR Country Manager.
