Jambrina CPA is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Guadalajara. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional with a strong corporate background—preferably in accounting or financial services—and fluent English skills. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies. Knowledge of US labor laws is a plus.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Contribute to organizational change and transformation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate HR experience, ideally within the accounting or financial services sector
- Proven experience applying People Analytics to support strategic decision-making in talent management.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
- Strong capability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
