Ciudad de MexicoThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) in Mexico acts as a strategic advisor and liaison between the Human Resources department and business units. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and fostering a culturally attuned and high-performing work environment, and Talent Acquisition. The HRBP will support leaders in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement across multiple departments or regions
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic HR Advisory:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.

Talent Management & Development:
- Talent Acquisition recruitment process
- Support onboarding, and retention strategies tailored to the Mexican labor market.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and support career development.

Employee Relations & Culture:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
- Mediate employee concerns and support conflict resolution in alignment with company values and Mexican cultural norms.

Compliance & Legal:
- Ensure HR practices comply with Mexican labor laws, including wage regulations, working hours, and employee rights.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits or legal inquiries as needed.

Data & Analytics:
- Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve organizational performance.

Change Management:
- Lead HR-related change initiatives, including restructuring, policy updates, and cultural transformation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to navigate high-context communication and hierarchical structures typical in Mexican workplaces.
- Experience in multicultural environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in Workday HCM
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Proficiency Microsoft 365.
- Coaching and leadership development capabilities.
