Areas Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Management:
- Identify and address talent gaps to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities.
- Develop and execute programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement by coaching teams and promoting teamwork.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Change Management:
- Lead change initiatives by navigating complex organizational dynamics and building strong relationships across all levels.
- Act as a change champion, empowering employees to embrace new processes and strategies.
Performance & Development:
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to drive individual and team success.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in HR management.
- Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Company Promoter & Brand Ambassador:
- Act as a passionate advocate for Samsung’s mission, values, and culture.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the company as an employer of choice.

• Generally requires a minimum 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years and a Master's degree, or a PhD with 7 years experience
