Lead and support Workday implementations, enhancements, and ongoing production support across modules such as HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Financials .
Conduct requirement workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Configure Workday business processes, security, reports, and integrations as per client requirements.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver end-to-end Workday solutions.
Provide expertise in workstream planning, testing, change management, and deployment .
Drive knowledge transfer and mentor client teams to build internal capabilities.
Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide long-term resolutions.
Stay current on Workday releases and recommend best practices for leveraging new features.
Required Qualifications:
3–7 years of Workday functional experience
Strong cross-functional knowledge across multiple Workday modules (at least 2–3, such as HCM + Absence + Compensation, or HCM + Payroll + Benefits).
Proficiency in Workday business processes, reporting, calculated fields, and security .
Experience in gathering requirements, Defect resolution, testing etc
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend scalable solutions.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certifications in one or more modules.
Consulting background with experience managing client relationships.
