What you will do:
The HR Analyst is responsible for providing support on issues/inquiries related to our processes and to maintain day-to-day operation to deliver results. As owner of the process, this role is accountable for collecting, analyzing and reporting data to vendors or COE across the enterprise. Active participation on Continuous Improvement is highly expected.
How you will do it:
- Provides service delivery for the Interview scheduling process for NA, LATAM and Executive level.
- Travel arrangements for Candidate, when needed.
- Process Candidate reimbursements.
- Manage Referral Payments according to Internal Policies.
- Any special project added to the portfolio and the most complex processes fall under responsibility of Sr. Analysts.
Candidate Reimbursements
- Collect Candidate reimbursement requests and send to vendor for processing.
- Validate reimbursement payments.
- Provide thorough follow-up to reimbursement cases.
Referral Payments
- Download reports and analyze data to request payments for employees eligible in Referral Program.
- Attend escalations and specific inquiries regarding referral process.
Other Activities
- Provide support occasionally to additional Talent Acquisition process such as edit requisitions, Reset Password, Recruiter Assignation, Equity Reports and others.

Qualifications
What do you need:
- Bachelor degree in HR, Administration, International Business, Economics,
- 3 years of experience of working in Shared Service Centre/Retained/Outsourced environment an advantage.
- Mandatory - High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English. Other languages such as Portuguese are desirable.
- Experience with an ERP (Workday, Service Now, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, Concur, Taleo.
- Intermediate Excel skills. (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Excel Tables, Drop Down Lists, Vlookup.)
- High Customer Service orientation.
- Experience in Core HR and Training operations processes.
