Sr Analyst for Cash Client Services & Confirming Support
Country: Mexico
- To execute global principles including strategic scorecards (costs, productivity, investment, performance, growth and servicing). To monitor KPIs to measure client satisfaction and propose corrective or strategic actions to improve values. Measure productivity management
- To work jointly in globalization initiatives in coordination with global teams
- To become a relevant escalation path on incidences & gaps coming from clients or other stakeholders to relevant teams and to follow up the implementing of tactical/strategic correction actions
- Be a promoter of global culture from the Mexican hub location with focus on improve and develop team talent. Ensure that continuous training is executed with team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Management, Economics or similar. Technical degree highly valuable
- At least 3 years in previous positions in Ops, Client Servicing and/or IT teams will be valuable
- Demonstrated experience facilitating change to achieve measurable results.
- Detail orientated with the ability to also understand overall strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, communication and customer service skills required to handle different stakeholders from different geographies
