Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and web services.
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues with internal and external partners.
- Administer Workday security including role assignments, domain and business process security policies.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations across all regions.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to deliver secure and efficient integrations.
- Global experience working with multicountry HR teams or regulatory environments.
- Experience supporting or integrating systems during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.
- Experience delivering training and creating user documentation for HR systems.
- Perform regular audits of security configurations and access logs.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and HR teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of Workday experience with a focus on integrations and security.
- Handson experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Experience working in global environments and adhering to compliance standards such as GDPR.
