Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support configuration and maintenance of Core HCM Benefits and Compensation modules in Workday.
  • Ensure accurate setup of organizational structures, positions, job profiles, and compensation plans.
  • Global experience working with multicountry HR teams or regulatory environments.
  • Experience supporting or integrating systems during mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.
  • Experience delivering training and creating user documentation for HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to manage merit cycles, salary reviews, and compensation adjustments.
  • Conduct data audits and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Provide training and support to HR users across regions.
  • Participate in testing and deployment of new Workday features and enhancements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for compensation and workforce metrics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands on Workday experience with Core HCM and Compensation modules.
  • Knowledge of job architecture, compensation guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and business process configuration.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
