About The Role
The Senior Brand Manager (Soaps & Baby Products) is responsible for ensuring the growth and development of the category with excellence across the 5P's. This role involves providing regular business updates to the Group Brand Manager. The Senior Brand Manager will be tasked with creating strategic brand growth plans for 1-2 years by identifying significant opportunities and developing strategies to achieve or exceed short and mid-term objectives.
Required Experience, Education & Skills:
- At least 6-8 years of experience in marketing or a similar commercial area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related field.
- At least 6-12 months of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in English (Advanced level).
- Advanced management of Google tools.
- Familiarity with Nielsen Advisor/Answers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute brand growth plans fully and efficiently.
- Manage P&L responsibilities and oversee budget planning and control.
- Support Commercial Planning activities.
- Implement promotions, new product launch grids, shopper events, and equity campaigns.
- Develop talent within the team

Preferable Qualifications:
- SAP Experience
Availability to travel at least 10% of the time
