Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for direct reports, including Product, Process, Manufacturing, and Project engineers.
• Develop strategic plans, including capex justification and project execution.
• Manage validations and ensure flawless product and process implementations.
• Build and document production and assembly processes to meet customer requirements.
• Provide methods and measurement parameters for efficient manufacturing timelines.
• Implement accurate product and process transfers to the Tijuana facility, including Master Validation Plans.
• Develop and manage all engineering procedures to meet certifications such as ISO and CTPAT.
• Coordinate the Engineering department's budget.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and projects.
• Solid knowledge of Molding processes (desirable).
• Outstanding skills in project management and planning.
• Strong ability to build and manage production and assembly processes.
• Experience with product and process validation and certification requirements.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.
