We are seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Consultant with deep expertise in the Mexican tech job market to support a short-term research initiative. The consultant will help validate a research report and provide insights to better align our training programs with real market needs.
What you will do
- Review and validate research findings on the tech talent landscape in Mexico.
- Provide expert feedback on hiring trends, role-specific expectations, and industry benchmarks.
- Share professional insights on demand, and hiring ratio, hiring challenges, and candidate profiles for roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Web Developer, UI/UX Designer, and QA Engineer; also, comparison with non-tech professions.
- Recommend reliable sources, communities, and leaders to follow for labor market data.
- Offer observations on topics such as AI’s influence, tech career perception, and relevant government initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including recruitment for tech roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican tech hiring landscape across all seniority levels.
- Experience working in or with top employers in the industry (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Amazon, MercadoLibre, Intel, Bitso, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with labor market analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide strategic feedback quickly and clearly.
