HR Payroll Implementation Lead

The Job You Will Perform:
- Ensures that all work is completed on time and in accordance with established procedures, while promoting safety.
- Lead the HR Center of Excellence (COE) team.
- Develop and implement project payroll strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the deployment of payroll and time and attendance software.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage HR processes and support the team post-implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address Payroll HR-related issues and improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Payroll HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with internal and governmental regulations and audit reporting requirements.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in HR processes and payroll administration.
- Strong understanding of Mexican labor laws.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Time management skills and ability to meet standards (productivity and quality) in a fast paced environment
