JOB DESCRIPTION
A BRIEF OVERVIEW
Acts as a strategic advisor and HR expert by aligning HR strategies with business goals, while providing support and guidance to management and employees.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
•Develop Human Resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
•Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating changes, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
•Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
•Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
•Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and outcomes in relation to established departmental goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve department efficiency and service delivery.
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.
