What you can look forward to as HR Ops US Payroll Accountant:

• Process USA weekly/bi-weekly payroll using Kronos, UKG, PeopleSoft, SAP, and ADP systems
• Review and validate payroll data, including earnings, deductions, benefits, and tax adjustments
• Manage online paychecks, refunds, garnishments, and third-party reporting
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including 401K and FICA updates
• Reconcile payroll reports, uncashed checks, and year-end balances
• Communicate payroll deadlines and updates to HR and cross-functional teams
• Support audits, internal reviews, and year-end payroll reporting
Provide excellent customer service to ZF plants and employees regarding payroll inquiries

• 
  Your Profile as HR Ops US Payroll Accountant:

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Finance
• 3–4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with USA and Canada payroll
• 80–90% bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and internal control skills
• Proficient in PeopleSoft, SAP, QAD, and MS Office
• High ethical standards and attention to compliance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
