The Accountant is responsible for ensuring the generation, integrity and reasonableness of accounting records, as well as for ensuring and verifying the correct application of current accounting and tax regulations,
in order to guarantee the legal compliance of the organization.
1.- Responsible for the correct and timely preparation of the organization's payroll.
2.- Responsible for ensuring that the Payroll System is carried out in accordance with company policies and legal and fiscal requirements.
3.- Supervises the calculation of wages and salaries, verifying that overtime, vacation and Sunday bonuses are included, as well as the various bonuses and coupons.
4.- Verifies also the various deductions, such as taxes (ISPT, IMSS, INFONAVIT), as well as loans and other applicable discounts.
5.- Submits and verifies that the additions and deletions, as well as modifications, such as changes of department, position and salaries are authorized by the corresponding area managers.
6.- Coordinates the preparation of various weekly and annual reports of income and taxes, as well as the annual calculation of the report of profits, vacations and Christmas bonuses.
7.- Supervises the payment process by verifying the checks or transfers, attending the nonconformities on the part of the employees.

Experiencia y requisitos
1.- Handling of the SAT portal, (appointments in SAT, various procedures in SAT page (online or in person)).
2.- Administrative procedures before federal, state and municipal agencies.
3.- Preparation and elaboration of taxes, as well as attention to detail, elaboration of working papers.
4.- Good understanding of accounting principles and practices and financial reporting.
5.- Manage the administrative processes related to commercial, financial, accounting and tax areas: invoices, receipts, collections, payments, etc.
6.- Attention to internal and external audits.
7.- Recording of journal entries, provisions and amortizations.
8.- Develops, modifies and maintains the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the Finance Function.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting.
Required Experience: Between 3 and 5 years supervising payroll personnel (analysts and/or assistants).
Level of English as a second language: Intermediate.
Computer skills: Intermediate/Advanced in TRESS and Excel.
Good command of arithmetic and figures as well as analytical acumen.
Handling of SUA, IDSE, SAT portal, Infonavit and the state.
Extensive knowledge in legislation applicable to IMSS.
Have communication and teamwork skills, in addition to mastery of computer tools.
