Core Responsibilities
- Guarantee all Payroll Inputs are processed by the team correctly and on time for more than 4,000 employees for USA & Canada.
- Lead end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and global policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional payroll leads and external payroll providers
- Manage payroll vendor performance and contracts, including SLAs, critical metrics, and audits.
- Collaborate with internal partners (HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT) to support cross-functional processes such as year-end activities & mobility to establish best in class processes.
- Drive operational improvements and automation initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Provide strategic direction and governance for payroll systems, integrations, and change management.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Develop global payroll metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools for senior leadership.
- Lead and coach a team of regional payroll leads and specialists across time zones.

The Sr. Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing US/CAN payroll operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of payroll processing across multiple countries and regions. This role will drive standardization, vendor governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings leadership, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and global service delivery models.
As Sr. Payroll Manager you are responsible for the creation and development of a high-performing Payroll Team that delivers a consistent service to all the customers for US & Canada.
Do you have what it takes?
- Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Proven payroll experience in a global or regional leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, labor laws, and taxation.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, UKG).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
