We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls and inquiries. In this role, you will assess customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver best-in-class service related to order status, returns, and product inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact by attending inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with external and internal customers to ensure on-time order delivery.
- Accurately take and enter sales orders with a high attention to detail.
- Assist customers, sales representatives, and team members with inquiries, complex issues, and requests.
- Research and process return authorizations and credits.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer communications via phone or chat.
Qualifications:
- English: Business fluent or native proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
- Strong computer skills; ERP and CRM experience is an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with company executives.
- Team-oriented, proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
