We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our team in FoodTech Business Unit and represent our brand in the agricultural sector, specifically within the pig, poultry, and layer farming industries. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with major clients, act as a brand ambassador, and contribute to the expansion of our presence in Mexico.
This remote-friendly position is open to professionals based anywhere in Mexico who are willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.
- Promote and sell specialized equipment and machinery for pig, poultry, and layer farming.
- Develop and sustain valuable relationships with primary clients, ensuring their contentment and promoting enduring collaborations.
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.
- Diligently represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the agricultural sector
- Thorough knowledge of the pig, poultry, or layer farming industries (or similar)
- Demonstrates high proficiency in communication, presentation, and negotiation
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70-75% of the time)
- Ability to function without direct guidance and to initiate projects
- Good command of English - spoken and written
