As an Accounting Coordinator, you are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end financial reporting and accounting activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, coordinating closing processes across multiple entities, supporting compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and reliable financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
Support reporting (according to the closing schedule) and account reconciliation processes
Support all GL transitions
Responsible for the tax accuracy submissions
Support statutory of Accounting & Compliance
Support accounting treatment of (judgmental) transactions
Coordinate and support Accounting for the closing calendar
Coordinate external and internal audits
Take E2E ownership for the accuracy & correctness of the books
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end month/quarter/year-end processes for transacting, closing, and reporting the Group accounts, including control and reconciliation of the general ledger
Ensure accounting rules are properly applied for financial accounts in compliance with corporate standards and secure integrity of financial systems and the financial operating model, external audit requirements, and best accounting practice
Support the Accounting & Compliance team to prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements and balance sheet review
Coordinate Internal Controls Compliance (SOX)
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting
4-7 years of professional experience
English proficiency: 70%
Knowledge of IFRS, NIF, Tax Regulations, SOX
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience working with SAP
Desirable: Familiarity with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
Desirable: Experience with FUSION
