What You'll Do
- Support the Account Manager in financial planning, operational tasks, and strategic processes
- Gather, interpret, and report on business performance metrics from multiple data sources
- Identify operational challenges and support improvements through process innovation
- Escalate or resolve complex issues related to data, partner visibility, or store operations
- Manage financial tasks such as invoicing and overdue account follow-ups
- Support the execution of commercial strategies through regular Business Reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., catalog, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze data to uncover business pain points and propose action plans
- Explore and support new commercial growth opportunities
- Between 1 or 2 years of professional experience in commercial roles (e.g., consulting, retail, CPG)
- Strong analytical skills - able to identify, quantify, and act on business opportunities
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have)
- Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset
- Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
- Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude
- Confident in presenting ideas and supporting commercial discussions
- A positive, self-driven attitude and a strong desire to grow and learn
- Experience managing stakeholders across internal teams and partner organizations
- Strong communication skills for articulating product value and strategic initiatives
- Proven track record of translating strategy into results
- Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining accuracy and speed
- Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce
- Experience with SQL
