Responsibilities
- Lead a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and smooth daily operations of the accounting department.
- Supervise, train, and guide junior accounting staff, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls, while staying updated on new standards.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, preparing reports and insights for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and team management.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Advanced English proficiency.
