ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Human Resources team, you will support key HR functions and projects that drive business results and employee satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to a wide range of HR disciplines.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to organizational development and change management efforts
- Participate in performance management and learning & development programs
Location: This position is available San Luis Potosí and Ciudad Juarez.
Start Date: January 2026
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Final-semester or recently graduated bachelor's student in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields from an accredited institution
- Do not have more than 6 months since graduation at the time of hire
- Must have a valid RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes)
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Advanced English proficiency
