We are currently searching for a Technology Change Management Officer:
Responsibilities:
- Support global Change Management operations, ensuring effective execution and compliance with established processes.
- Act as a liaison between English and Spanish-speaking users and team members, enabling smooth cross-language communication.
- Identify and resolve technical, customer, or operational issues, escalating as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to ITSM.
- Apply standards, precedents, and sound judgment to deliver consistent results in Change Management assignments.
- Gather requirements, solve problems, and validate solutions to meet operational standards.
- Provide input into the Enterprise Change Advisory Board, supporting enterprise-wide impact assessments.
- Support process improvement and training initiatives, including documentation and delivery.
- Deliver 1:1 user support, including issue triage, tool guidance, and process assistance within ITSM platforms (especially ServiceNow).
- Promote risk awareness and compliance with the Bank's risk appetite and cultural values.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment aligned with organizational principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 1–5+ years of experience using ServiceNow, specifically in the Change Management module.
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, especially ITIL.
- Working knowledge of technical standards and experience mitigating deviations.
- Fluent English (B2 level or above).
- Location: Mexico City / Hybrid.

- Understanding of compliance, AML/ATF, and risk controls.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence.
