Trans-Pro Logistics is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in Cancun, Mexico. This hybrid role blends office administration with operational support for our Pricing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and eager to learn the fundamentals of logistics pricing while maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities Office Administration
- Monitor and replenish office supplies; maintain accurate inventory records
- Place and receive supply orders; ensure proper documentation of all purchases
- Oversee general office operations and provide ad hoc administrative support
- Maintain attendance logs and assist in calendar coordination
Employee Onboarding Support
- Prepare workstations and system access for new hires
- Coordinate document collection and onboarding logistics
Facilities & Vendor Management
- Liaise with landlords and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs
- Schedule and monitor cleaning services; ensure the office remains in optimal condition
Event & Team Engagement Coordination
- Organize internal events and team-building activities
- Manage logistics, bookings, and timelines for in-office gatherings
Pricing Support Responsibilities (Operations Analyst – Entry Level)
- Assist the Pricing team in researching rates and identifying competitive options
- Communicate with carriers and vendors across Mexico, the U.S., and Canada
- Leverage freight platforms to verify availability and obtain accurate quotes
- Enter pricing data accurately and assist with internal documentation
- Support timely responses to pricing inquiries and help strengthen supplier relationships
Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in office coordination or administrative support
