Coordinate logistics, communications, and planning for all training initiatives in the region.
Localized Onboarding Delivery
Collaborate with global enablement and local sales experts to deliver a localized version of our global onboarding experience—adapted to CALA’s languages, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
Ensure onboarding supports fast ramp-up and ongoing confidence in role.
Content Localization & Development
Maintain and create regional enablement resources such as sales playbooks, call scripts, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and competitive intelligence—ensuring language and messaging relevance.
Translate and adapt global content for CALA sellers while maintaining alignment with brand and strategy.
Sales Methodology & Tools
Drive regional adoption of global programs such as MEDDICC and Outreach, providing local training and tips for maximizing usage.
Share automation and productivity best practices to improve pipeline generation, deal velocity, and win rates.
Performance & Insights

Provide regular feedback from the region into global programs and contribute to their evolution.
Strategic Alignment
Partner closely with CALA sales leadership to align enablement initiatives with regional business goals, key priorities, and market opportunities.
Support regional initiatives (e.g., partner recruitment, new industry segments) through targeted enablement efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’re a dynamic and organized enabler with a deep understanding of CALA’s market and seller needs. You know how to take global ideas and make them locally impactful—and you thrive on helping sales teams win more, faster. You bring structure, energy, and insight to every learning experience you create.
