Your Impact as Strategy Sr Manager your scope would consist of
This role has the responsibility of leading the design, execution & coordination of strategic and M&A initiatives. This individual will be instrumental in delivering top-notch quality deliverables for senior management at the local, regional, and global levels. Examples include financial modelling, market assessments, benchmarking & competitive intelligence. In addition, the Sr. Manager will have a key role in the construction & consolidation of the Strategic Deep Dive of the Latam Sector. The candidate should be comfortable giving recommendations using a hypothesis driven approach, creating materials & presenting to Sr. Leadership.• Provide thought leadership to business partners, including the Latam Executive Committee, and other operating leaders on a broad range of business-critical topics • Identify & deconstruct business issues to develop strategic, analytical & financial frameworks to conduct analyses • Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Sr Leadership while challenging the status quo • Build "Executive ready" project deliverables • Support leading the planning and execution of the Strategic Deep Dive (SDD) Process • Partner with local OU teams (CARICAM) to co-create Strategy, to be implemented with local Transformation teams • Lead project teams comprised of Analysts & oversee data analytics processes • Execute against time-sensitive requests from Executive leaders and cross-functional business partners • Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic, geopolitical trends • Coach a team of 1-2 Analysts with responsibility for skill development and career management
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience• Graduated from a Mexican top-tier university in a STEM degree• MBA Prefered • Experience in top tier consulting companies (CPG focus desirable)• Strategic mindset, highly structured and analytical thinker with sound business judgment • Able to work collaboratively with broader S&T team and the rest of the Sector • Excellent skills to structure, process & analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge & learnings from other projects/sources • Leverage powerfull presentations to create an impactful, concise, and defect-free slide loops & ability to communicate implications & recommendations clearly • Comfort in ambiguity as demonstrated by being able to adapt in less-structured environment • Self-starter mindset with the ability to “manage up” • Team player, with experience working in teams and partnering with multiple business functions • Can do attitude: the ability to enthusiastically and aggressively take ownership of a project, prioritize effectively, and ultimately drive the project through completion. • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences • Spanish and English proficiency
