Job Purpose:
Lead FM Real Estate activities for LATAM, provide expert FM knowledge and implement global plans at sub-regional level. Develops & presents business cases to BUs, manages regional project implementation of new services, transitions new FM services to LATAM FM team. Provide guidance to the Head of CRE Sub-Regions on all LATAM FM activities and future roadmap. Execute Sustainability programs for existing buildings.
Your tasks:
- Lead FM Real Estate activities in LATAM sub-regions, provide expert FM knowledge and implement global plans at respective levels.
- Provide guidance to the Heads of LATAM Sub-Regions and FM local teams on all FM (for existing buildings) activities and future roadmap.
- Develop and manage the adoption of a standardized FM (for existing buildings) service offering approach in LATAM.
- Direct the implementation/growth of FM services across all business units, including the adoption of data management tools and the integration of data across sites.
- Provide advice to regional BU LATAM managers on FM services offering, highlighting potential gains of integrating and bundling services.
- Oversee Facility Management services, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy Optimization for LATAM.
- Promote a culture of internal knowledge sharing within the FM Community in LATAM, enhancing the collective expertise and capabilities of the team.
- Support LATAM vendor selection and foster strategic synergies to enhance facility management operations.
- Negotiate critical agreements/contracts with other departments and 3rd parties
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across DPDHL and partner organizations
- Influence others across DHL and externally as an internally and externally recognized thought leader representing the Group
- Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems
