About the Role
We're looking for a strategic leader to join our Delivery Commercial Operations team as a Sr. Strategy & Planning Manager focused on Demand Generation across LATAM. In this role, you'll partner with product, marketing, operations, and sales teams to identify high-potential opportunities, drive product adoption, and support regional growth through data-driven strategy and commercial execution.
You'll play a key role in shaping how we design and roll out demand generation initiatives-from setting goals and tracking performance, to enabling the commercial team with the right tools, training, and content. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, data, and strategy.

You'll play a key role in shaping how we design and roll out demand generation initiatives-from setting goals and tracking performance, to enabling the commercial team with the right tools, training, and content. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, data, and strategy.
What You'll Do
- Act as a product champion for Ads and Offers across LATAM: support adoption, training, ticket escalations, and updates
- Lead the rollout of regional initiatives and coordinate with global product teams to align priorities
- Define quarterly and annual targets, and contribute to sales incentive planning and forecasting
- Design scalable adoption strategies for merchants (managed and unmanaged), and align with financial planning
- Provide hands-on support to commercial teams: tools, reports, training, and data-driven campaign recommendations
- Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, tools, and performance dashboards to track demand generation KPIs
- Lead strategic initiatives such as upsell planning, content development, and team training around new product releases
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across regional and global teams
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Sheets and SQL required)
- Experience driving commercial adoption of tools, products, or marketing strategies
- Strong communication skills with experience leading training and enablement
- Strategic mindset with the ability to dive into execution when needed
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage timelines across multiple teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Sales Ops, Business Analytics, Consulting, or related fields
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or people management
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
