As part of the GBS Business Support Services team, Experienced level Associate will be responsible to carry out tasks and activities identified and agreed upon with the GBS Leadership and Business Stakeholders to drive efficiencies in relevant processes throughout the global activities belonging to one of the main GBS Functions: Customer Service Operations, Logistics & Data Operations, Data Management Organization, EHS&PS and Sustainability & IB.
Responsibilities:
Supports completion of customer and industry specific questionnaires focused on ESG/Sustainability, and Inclusion & Belonging topics.
Main point of contact for external sustainability and I&B questionnaires, working in collaboration with CoE, Business Partners, PPG’s businesses, and other PPG departments.
Global Framework standards such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
Supports data management activities in industry platform systems and customer specific portals.
Maintenance of SharePoint knowledge repository.
ERN Membership process
Maintenance of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
EHS Sustainability Cases
Skills:
Background or awareness in CESG, Sustainability, Inclusion and Belonging or related field.
Fluency in English
Kknowledge in Microsoft Excel: Pivot Tables, Dashboard creation, data analysis, Macros, Visual Basic.
Knowledge in Power BI.
