Join Our Team as a Sustainability Analyst
The purpose of this position is to support various sustainability related actions and reporting across the globe that reduce energy and water use, increase waste diversion from landfill, and monitor and track new energy and environmental legislation. The role requires researching relevant regulatory developments and providing timely reports to the internal teams as well as clarifying existing processes around waste diversion and finding effective approaches to increase recycling rates and reduce initial waste creation.
The candidate should have an analytical ability to understand basic regulations on energy, environment, water, waste diversion, GHG emissions and other sustainability topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze energy, environmental, and sustainability regulations.
- Prepare timely reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support waste diversion, energy efficiency, and water conservation efforts.
- Collect and analyze sustainability-related data, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize analytical tools for data visualization and reporting.
What We're Looking For?:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Energy, Data Management, or a related field. (Master's degree is a Plus)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sustainability reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Required) Portuguese is a Plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility for meetings outside of standard working hours.
