What will you do as a Credit & Collections Analyst
As part of the Credit and Collections team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers based in North America. You will oversee the credit and collection process by ensuring timely payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting internal policies. You will also collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve queries and support business goals.

- You will manage a defined portfolio of customers and ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
- You will coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing disputes and promote continuous improvement.
- You will maintain customer account data, including credit limits, financial health checks, and account setup.
- You will negotiate payment plans and manage credit notes when necessary.
- You will support improvement initiatives and projects in coordination with your supervisor.
