As the Latin America Distribution Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for all distributors across Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. This high level individual contributor role focuses on managing and strengthening distributor relationships to support sales growth, market development, and customer satisfaction. Prior experience and a strong network in the industrial coatings market are highly desirable and will be a key asset to success in this role.

What you need to be successful in this role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Latin American Distribution Network aligned with Americas and global business objectives.
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and all authorized distributors throughout the Latin American region.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with distribution partners to drive business results in industrial coatings.
- Leverage market knowledge and relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors and end users.
- Support distributors with pricing strategies, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and technical guidance.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback to optimize sales, service quality, and market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Marketing) to ensure smooth coordination and distributor support.
- Support regional marketing efforts, product launches, and training programs specific to industrial coatings.
- Ensure distributor compliance with company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at regional trade shows, customer visits, and distributor meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Chemistry, marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in sales, distribution, and/or account management in Latin America; experience in the industrial coatings industry is strongly preferred.
- Established network within the Latin American industrial coatings market is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of regional business practices and distributor models.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to performance management with proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Latin American region. More than 50%
- Deep understanding of LATAM market dynamics, regulations, and customer needs.
