Position Mission: Attention and solution to the requirements of Residential-Commercial clients, under the guidelines of Policies and Procedures, including ethics and compliance with the General Health and Safety Policy, in order to maintain and generate satisfied customers

Your Impact: As Costumer service, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

Respond to customer questions (in person, by phone, or by email) given effective solutions, increasing satisfaction.

Generate service orders, payment plans, promotions, and provide advice on managing our application based on customer requests.

Make collection calls to contribute to the goal of customer recovery and retention.

Manage the completion of the Customer Satisfaction Survey to measure the level of customer service provided.

Requirements: To join our team as Costumer service, we are looking for:

  • Education and Experience: Technical College Diploma or bachelor degree. Experiencia in attention to clients in companies of services.
  • Technical Skills: standard car handling, SAP
  • Key Competencies: Quality customer service, effective negotiation, conflict management, excellent oral and written communication, time management, customer recovery and retention, sensitivity, tolerance to pressure, and teamwork.
