One of our key clients is an international iGaming company currently looking to add a VIP manager to its team.
Responsibilities:
Handle consultations for VIP clients and build long-term relationships with them;
Communicate with clients via chat and calls;
Provide outstanding VIP customer service through our communication channels;
Respond to client inquiries;
Resolve issues and ensure timely, effective solutions;
Maintain and manage the client database;
Present and sell the company's products and services;
Generate timely reports using the CRM system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with VIP or high-value clients, either online or in-person;
Prior experience communicating with clients via chat and phone.
Technical skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Services, and CRM systems is essential.
Personal qualities required:
At least 6 months of previous sales experience;
Ability to multitask, work with KPIs, strong teamwork, and results-driven mindset.
Work format:
On-site position;
Schedule: 2/2, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (two days on, two days off);
Full-time.
