The role of the Inbound Customer Service Representative is to receive and handle incoming calls from our clients who have enrolled into our certified and compliant debt settlement program, assisting them with their questions or needs. Industry experience is not required.
Job Description
- Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement.
- Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems is important.
