Job description:
-Handle high call volume on a fast pace environment, while displaying high level of professionalism, empathy and enthusiasm.
-Fluent in English and Spanish.
-Answering patient's inquiries regarding scheduling, rescheduling and/or cancelling medical appointments in a timely manner.
-Answer inquiries about medical providers and specialist availability.
-Schedule patient transportation to our facilities.
-Answer inquires pharmacies, insurance companies and other medical facilities.
-Direct calls to different departments as necessary.
-Elevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed.
-Available to work most of ODA’s operating hours.
-Adhere to ODA regulations, privacy, and other requirements.
Responsabilities:
-Servicing clients in both Spanish in English.
-Client service experience in healthcare is preferred but not required.
-High pace environment such as call center or similar.
-Personal background clean form any history that can negatively affect ODA, its employees or clients.
