The Accounts Receivable Apprentice will support the execution of key financial processes related to the accurate recording and timely collection of receivables. This role is designed as an entry-level opportunity for individuals seeking to gain experience in financial operations within a corporate environment. Part of the responsibilities would be to provide administrative and operational support to the Accounts Receivable (AR) team, collaborate in the generation of reports and status updates as required, aid in the resolution of open items, payment discrepancies, and payment applications, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the AR process.
- Assist in the maintenance and reconciliation of accounts receivable records.
- Support the follow-up process for outstanding receivables, including communication with internal stakeholders and affiliates.
- Help prepare reports and other AR-related documentation.
- Collaborate in the resolution of payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
- Support the payment application process for LATAM customers, ensuring accuracy and timely posting in alignment with regional requirements.
- Support in LATAM audits.
- Undergraduate student, primarily in Business Administration field.
- Available to work for 6 hours daily mainly in the mornings.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Advanced Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
