The Opportunity
The Accounts Receivable Analyst accesses and investigates open balances for the warehouse on a timely basis while also reconciling adjustments, rebills and processes chargebacks as needed.
Your Impact
As Accounts Receivable Analyst your functions would consist:

Support of Accounts Receivable Tasks including, but not limited to: (Making Decisions, Executing Actions)
- Timely and Accurate follow up on open balances in the Arctree system within the SLA
- Timely and Accurate reconciliation of AR adjustments
- Research, Troubleshoot, and Rebill balances
- Timely communication with account owners to validate pricing
- Manage Customer responses, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from customers regarding open balances (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation)
- Manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations to ensure actions are taken
- Research balances in system and validate appropriate steps forward
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Control/Operations
Experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
- Fluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests
- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Strong passion for customer service
- Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers
- Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
