Accounts Payable Analyst
***This role is based at our corporate office in Mexico City, Mexico***
Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting and tax. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you would manage and perform all Accounts Payable operations of our Mexico and Caribbean Managed hotels in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintaining accurate control environments.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Record Accounts Payable transactions to any Hotel's stakeholder, including suppliers, Government Agencies, Ownership Groups
- Ensure Accounts Payable transactions are complying with local regulations
- Ensure invoices are correctly recorded
- Manage Hilton Suppliers' Portal
- Review and control batches for payments
- Train Hotel teams Accounts Payable processes and Hilton Suppliers' Portal
- Reports to Accounts Payable Supervisor
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Previous related experience (including internships or college credit) in accounting, AP, AR, bookkeeping, payroll or similar.
- Work a hybrid office schedule based in our office in Mexico City, Mexico 3 days per week.
- Six (6) months of hands-on experience using Excel
It would be useful if you have:
BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
