We are currently searching for a Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM):
Responsibilities:
- Drive execution from inception through successful delivery of services or cross-functional outcomes.
- Work across multiple scrum/delivery teams to enhance ways of working and identify risks or issues.
- Facilitate retrospectives and implement improvements at the team and program level.
- Identify opportunities for system efficiencies or process improvements across programs.
- Communicate scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress to teams and senior leadership.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned teams and business lines.
- Act as a reliable source of truth on program/project status for stakeholders.
- Understand business strategy and design approaches to influence product and technical direction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience operating autonomously across multiple teams in a technical program management capacity.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technical or engineering programs from inception to delivery.
- Strong skills in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint planning.
- Experience helping teams make data-driven decisions and resolve blockers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and communicate cross-team dependencies.
- Technical knowledge of engineering concepts and ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Desired:
- Experience in Payments, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, SQL databases, microservices APIs, and distributed systems in DevOps models.
- Ability to recognize complexity and create predictable delivery paths for high-impact projects.
- Experience working with OKRs, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.

- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
