Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in data centers, mission critical or manufacturing facilities operations or projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA with a technical emphasis, or a related field.
- Experience with launching software automation tools.
- Ability to comfortably shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking while customizing communication based on the audience.
- Excellent problem solver with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.

We are hyper focused on the CSCSO users and represent the Product and Engineering teams (COSMIC, GCI, Platforms) to collaborate effectively on product strategy, research, requirements, development practices, make versus buy decisions, issues management, and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of data center systems worldwide, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring strategic alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Fleet Deployment.
- Own the entire product lifecycle for critical data center software tools, from requirements and documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Document (BRD), Pilot Plan) through user acceptance testing, feedback collection, and continuous refinement for maximum uptime.
- Collaborate extensively with stakeholders to define project scope, manage intake of new features, provide resource visibility, and ensure accountability for planning and delivery.
- Support the development of people, processes, and tools to ensure efficient, predictable, and scalable delivery performance, contributing directly to data center uptime, defect, and cost reduction.
