Position will be based out of our Mexico City office (work from home 2 days per week)
About the Role:
In this role, you will be focused on implementing, growing, and improving Nu Skin's Programs and incentives for the markets in Latin America. This includes, but is not limited to, the following programs: Roadmap to Success Incentives, Sales Performance Plan, Prysm iO Scanner, Incentives to grow the business and sales leaders. You will need to have an understanding and working knowledge of direct selling marketing, analytics, marketing standard practices, program management, and possess strong writing skills. The Programs Manager for LATAM will manage programs managers for Latin America (currently: Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru).
What you'll do:
  • Work with all markets in Latin America on ideation, development, implementation, and support of Program initiatives to drive market growth.
  • Evaluate current Programs on Key Performance Indicators and suggest improvements.
  • Develop marketing and communications campaigns related to Programs.
  • Collaborate with Global Enterprise on Best Practices.
  • Write email campaigns focused on Loyalty and Retention of consumer base.
  • Develop pivotal initiatives focused on customer acquisition.
  • Develop and Implement Recognition Strategies, related to Programs and incentives.
  • Refine interdepartmental processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Write, create and present training on programs and initiatives; internally and externally.
  • Stay current on competitive intelligence within Direct Sales and other industry leaders.
  • Train Brand Affiliates at Events (some travel may be required).
  • Create presentations and oversee artwork for marketing campaigns.
What you'll need:
  • 3+ years work experience in a related field
  • 1-3 years immediate management experience
  • Bachelors degree in a related field
  • Must work well in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess the ability to take complex principles and distill them down to consumable understandable information
  • Demonstrate analytical proficiency when seeking answers to questions
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and its functions required
  • Understand Nu Skin’s Affiliate and Leadership marketing business model
  • Keep commitments and deliver under pressure
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment with a diverse group of people across organizational and international boundaries
  • Leads and directs team members
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish). Able to read, write and make oral presentations.
