Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Diligently maintain active engagement through CRM to stay current on leads and follow ups to increase customer interest in the product
- Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience and unique customer service;
- Partner with Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your sales and interpersonal skills
- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries and help the company to execute its wellness needs
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in the product
- Cold call target prospects to demonstrate product features and benefits
- Conduct “pre-call” investigative work to increase the ability to understand the customer’s current state, competition, etc.
- Achieve quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;
- Continuously source new business prospects through outbound and other activities
- Collect market intelligence and competitive information.

Requirements:
- Live withing Guadalajara's Metropolitan Zone
- Sales experience
- B2+ English
- Experience in telemarketing or copywriting (is a plus)
