Position Summary:
Establish in-house trials to generate information that aids decision-making about new products/projects for the company. Introduce new varieties and develop market opportunities from different genetic suppliers. Support the sales force by developing new products and sharing the generated information with staff, distributors, and end customers, always aiming to solve customer problems and achieve sales.

Role Responsibilities:
- Establish field and greenhouse trials for economically important species in the designated area.
- Document and maintain detailed control of trials to accurately locate all field trials and report them promptly after establishment.
- Monitor, anticipate data collection, and properly document the behavior of trial varieties according to company protocols.
- Be an active and positive part of the company’s expansion plans and strategies for the assigned area, with an effective trial plan for the region.
- Document and analyze raw field data, prepare product descriptions, technical sheets, seasonal summaries, and evaluation reports.
- Communicate trial information effectively with the rest of the Sales and Product Development teams, as well as company managers, through activity reports and work summaries as frequently as needed.
- Submit complete reports within a reasonable time after field harvest and crop completion.
- Manage the operating budget assigned to the area reasonably.
- Aim to introduce new products into the market suitable for the company.
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers, stay attentive to their new product lines, and develop good working strategies with them.
Education:
- Graduate Agricultural Engineer
Experience / Skills / Abilities:
- 3-4 years in a similar position
- Skills in chemistry and agro-evaluation
- 50% proficiency in English
- Knowledge of the area
