- Plan, execute, and manage paid media/performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliates), ensuring budgets and strategies align with the local sales team's objectives.
- Implement and evolve SEO strategies for e-commerce (technical, on-page, product feed) to increase organic traffic and revenue share.
- Design and manage marketing automation flows integrated with CRM, segmenting audiences by behavior, lifetime value (LTV), and funnel stage.
- Daily monitor critical KPIs (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, LTV) and conduct A/B tests and optimizations for continuous improvement.
It would be WOW if you had:
- Digital Marketing for e-commerce – with a focus on performance marketing aimed at online product sales (mainly customer-focused).
- Creativity, Analytical thinking, Organization, Proactivity
- Higher Education: Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, and related fields
- Fluent English & Spanish
- Experience with Online Content Management (CMS) tools, e-commerce platforms, and Google Tag Manager are a plus.
