Bilingual Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) Viritual Receptionist to join our team. This role is focused solely on answering and routing incoming calls—no in-person client interaction is required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience managing high volumes of calls in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle new client inquiries with empathy and efficiency
• Route calls to the appropriate attorney, case manager, or department
• Take accurate and detailed messages when needed
• Log calls and update call records in our case management system
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all callers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication

Desired Qualifications: Moderate experience is required but everyone has bad habits and blind spots. You will learn through training sessions, direct experience, and mentorship. Other qualifications include:

• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proven ability to handle multiple phone lines or high call volumes
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in message-taking and call routing
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
• Proficiency with standard office tools and ability to learn new platforms (e.g., MS Office, Vonage, case management systems)
• Self-motivated, punctual, and capable of working independently
• Experience working with vulnerable or immigrant communities is a plus
