Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate and thorough information to donors, assessing their needs to fulfill their requests effectively.
- Maintain a confident, helpful, and empathetic approach in all communications.
Qualifications:
- Advanced English proficiency is essential.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Familiarity with legal terms and jargon is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge connections easily.
- Confident communicator who consistently receives positive feedback.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning and growth.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and quick learning abilities to contribute efficiently.
- Emotional intelligence to remain composed under pressure and when handling difficult clients.
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to type 30+ words per minute in a Windows environment.
- Reliable and committed to maintaining a perfect attendance record.
- Morning Shift: Your schedule starts between 5:00 am and 7:00 am, working 6 hours per day with Sundays OFF.
- Salary: $3,360.
