We’re Hiring – Customer Service Agent
Location:On-site, Obispado, Monterrey
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (1-hour lunch)
Salary:$14,000 – $17,000 MXN/month (based on experience)

Join our dynamic and youthful team! We’re looking for aCustomer Service Agentwith:

• 
  Advanced conversational English(C1)

• 
  Bachelor’s degree completed

• 
  Excel skills

• 
  Experience in customer service or call center (desirable)

Your Role:
Support our international clients by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer experiences—all in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
